Delete Your Data

You have complete control over your personal data. You can permanently delete your PadelTap account, match histories, notes, and biometric records at any time.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

This is the fastest method and operates immediately:

1. Open the PadelTap app on your iPhone.
2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

All match records, point logs, HealthKit vitals backups, player names, and account credentials are permanently erased from our servers immediately.

Option 2: Deletion Request by Email

If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, email us at support@padeltap.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your Apple ID or Google account. We will verify your identity and purge all associated records within 30 days.
