Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the PadelTap app on iOS and watchOS, and related web services at padeltap.app. They are a binding agreement between you and PadelTap ("PadelTap", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

What PadelTap is

PadelTap provides live score tracking on Apple Watch, detailed match statistics and momentum analytics on iPhone, and optional live spectator sharing.

Scoring disclaimer: PadelTap is a personal scoring utility, not an official sporting federation adjudicator. Scores are based on user input. You can edit, adjust, or delete matches at any time.

Health & fitness disclaimer: PadelTap reads heart rate and active calories from your Apple Watch workout session for informational and athletic tracking purposes only. PadelTap is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any cardiovascular or health condition. If you experience chest pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath during a match, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

Accounts and Data

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You retain ownership of the match data you record. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit that data solely to operate your account backup and optional spectator sharing.

Spectator Live Sharing

When you share a match, the app gives you a 4-character code, a QR code and a link that let anyone holding them follow your match in real time or see its result. Spectators see the score and any names, club and court you added to that match, so only add names of people who are happy to be shown. You are responsible for who you give the code to. Codes stop working 48 hours after the match was last updated.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse our synchronization services, or use spectator links to distribute unlawful or abusive content.

Termination

You may delete your account and all data at any time from the in-app Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse system infrastructure.
